Week 2 Day 1
This Video has really helped me stay motivated
Today I ate a little better than I have in the past couple weeks.
Breakfast: forgot to eat
Snack: Forgot to Eat
Lunch: Spagetti with meat sauce
Snack: Forgot to Eat
Dinner: Chicken Strips fried in coconut oil and fries cooked in coconut oil
Workout
Snack: Strawberry Breeze Protien Shake
Workout:Total Gym 50 Minute workout/upper body
Officially Started
So here's a breakdown of last week: My goal wasn't so much to eat better but to exercise everyday. Monday, Slim in 6 aerobic exercise (35 minutes); Tuesday, Slim in 6 aerobic exercise (35 minutes). Wednesday, 24 Mile bike ride (Saltair to Airport and back), Thursday, 10 mile bike ride up Middle Canyon, Friday, Light weight circut at the gym. Saturday, Watched BYU kick the trash out of UCLA and sang the cougar fight song 9 times. I also walked about one mile roundtrip to the stadium and back. I did some pushups for good measure. Sunday, well, I took a nap and made the most of the Day of Rest.
